By purchasing, you agree to our refund policy:
• 100% digital, immediate access courses.
• Full refund within 24 hours if less than 10% of course accessed AND no exam attempt AND no certificate/card issued.
• No refund after 24 hours, after 10%+ accessed, after any exam attempt, or after certificate/card issued.
• Manager / CFPM ProctorU exam fee ($30-$35) is NON-REFUNDABLE once ProctorU session is scheduled (per ProctorU policy). No-show / tech failure / bad ID = no refund. One free reschedule within 7 days if you contact us before exam time.
• State compliance: You are responsible for verifying your county accepts our card (DE, PA, MD, NJ, Philly, Cecil Co MD). No refund for wrong jurisdiction.
• WIOA/EDGE/Grant students: Refunds go back to funding agency, not student.

Our courses are 100% digital with immediate access.
• You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content, have not attempted the final exam, and have not been issued a certificate or card.
• No refunds after 24 hours, or if 10%+ content accessed, exam attempted, or certificate/card issued (digital delivery = completed).
• Food Manager / CFPM: The ProctorU live proctoring fee ($30-$35) is non-refundable once your ProctorU session is scheduled. No-shows, tech issues on your side, or invalid ID are non-refundable. One free reschedule within 7 days if you contact us before exam time.
• Corporate/LMS/API/SMS subscriptions: Non-refundable for current month; cancel 14 days before renewal to avoid next charge.
• WIOA/EDGE/Grant: Refunds return to funding agency per federal rules, not to student.
• Duplicate orders: Refund second order within 7 days if not accessed.
• To request: Email support@thefoodsafetystandard.com with Order #, name, and reason. Response in 2 business days.
• Chargebacks after course access will result in certificate revocation.
