1. What we collect: Name, email, phone, address, employer, birthdate for compliance, plus browser type, IP address, cookies, and date/time of visit to deliver ANAB 1020 Food Handler and Food Manager courses.
2. How we use it: To provide your training, issue certificates, verify compliance with health departments, and provide white-label enterprise accounts.
3. We do not sell your information. We only share with health departments or your employer if they paid for your training, or to process payments via Stripe/ PayPal.
4. Security: We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your data.
5. Your rights: To access or delete your data, contact support@thefoodsafetystandard.com
6. Logs: Browser, IP, cookies deleted every 30 days upon request.
